We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

In case of product defects:
If there is a defect or shortage in the product, the customer may return the product or request for the missing quantity by contacting our customer support center within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact our customer support center (email: support@anac-bio.com) first.

After confirming the payment from the customer, we will usually ship the order within 10 to 15 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the delivery destination. If there are any delays in shipping due to weather conditions, shipping carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the customer by email.

The payment will be by credit card

Credit card payment: Your order will be processed and charged immediately.

・We deliver internationally. However, there are restrictions on some Goods for certain international delivery destinations, so please review the information on our site carefully before ordering Goods.

・If you order Goods from us for delivery to an international delivery destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.

・You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

・You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Goods are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
